When tired or discouraged in the ministry just look to the sky, where the birds fly, and be sure that up above at least one angel is supporting you.

Diseased Tree
For a forest to be green each tree must be green. A forest can be made up of all sorts of different trees with various shades and hues of green. If we could look down on the forest a diseased tree would stand out.
It's the same in the congregation - if we are easily offended, harbour resentment and are not peacemakers we stand out- if not to the congregation then certainly to Jehovah.
We could be like that diseased tree and if not treated (by applying what we learn) we could die spiritually.
